Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your package on our website or the shipping carrier's website.


In most cases, it is more than likely that there might be an error in your email address entry or the email has ended up in your spam folder.

If you're still unable to locate the email confirmation please reach out to us at support@teeandsea.com.au, providing your name and order number. Our team will promptly rectify this to ensure you receive all tracking updates.


We will make every effort to accommodate any changes to your order before it is dispatched.

However, we cannot guarantee this possibility.

To increase the likelihood of our team making relevant updates to your item or postal address, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order (excluding weekends). We will respond to your emails at our earliest convenience, typically on Monday mornings. Please note that there might be other factors, such as public holidays and sales periods, that could cause delays in making amendments in time.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you will be able to return any full priced item/s for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and with their tags attached, void of any odors/scents.
  • All sale items from our sale collection are tagged as "Final Sale" and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Please note due to fast turnaround times we do not offer exchanges, you will be provided with a store credit via email to re-order your required size/alternate item.
